Placing an Order

1. Your basket.

1.1 Add the products you want to the basket by entering the quantity you require and clicking on the "Add to Basket" button

1.2 If you make a change to the basket please click the "Update Basket" button to apply these changes.

2. Checkout

2.1 Once you have all the products you require go to your basket and click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button

2.2 If you have previously purchased from Yardley London click on the link to login and enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password click on the link provided, the site will then provide you with a new password. To create a new account, enter your username and email address.

2.3 If you have not previously purchased from Yardley London enter just you email address.

2.4 If you have already purchased from Yardley London your Delivery and Billing details will be completed for you, otherwise please fill in these details.

2.5 Complete the payment details section with your card details and click the button to review the order before purchasing.

2.6 If your details are all correct you can now review the order before purchasing. If you need to change any details click the "back" button to make the changes.

2.7 Once you have checked the order information click on the "Submit Your Order" button.

3. Order confirmation

3.1 You will receive an email confirming the order details.

3.2 If there was a problem completing the order please check all your details are correct before trying again.
